High-Class Consonants: ข ส ห

Three high-frequency high-class consonants. "High class" means these consonants produce a rising tone by default in open syllables (you will learn tone rules in Phase 4). ห is especially important -- it also serves as a silent leading consonant that changes tones of other letters.
