Reading Simple Words

Read real Thai words using what you know: ตา (eye/grandfather), มา (come), กิน (eat), ดี (good), ไป (go), ดู (watch), มี (have). Some words like หมา use a leading ห that changes tone -- this rule is fully explained in Phase 4. For now, just practice recognizing the shapes.
