Tone Rules: Low-Class Consonants

Low-class consonants (ค ฆ ง ช ซ ฌ ญ ท ธ น พ ฟ ภ ม ย ร ล ว ฮ) default to mid tone in live syllables. Dead syllables get high tone (short vowel) or falling tone (long vowel). Like high class, only mai ek and mai tho are used, but they produce different tones.
