You can delete what we hold about you at any time. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.
There are two routes, and the first one does not need an account. If you only ever sent feedback or answered the optional signup questions, erase it yourself, now, from the browser you used. If you have an account, the four steps below delete the account and everything attached to it.
If you do not have an account
If you sent feedback or answered the optional signup questions without making an account, you can erase it here, now. This deletes the messages you sent from this browser — including anything of yours shown on the homepage — and your answers to the two signup questions, the school or tutor name among them. It is immediate and it cannot be undone.
This can only reach what was sent from this browser. Anything sent from another device, or before you last cleared your browsing data, has to go by email — the four steps below work for that too, whether or not you have an account. Say what you sent and roughly when, and it will be found.
If you have an account
Send the request from the email address associated with your Thai Script Master account. That is the whole identity check — no other proof is required.
No account? Write anyway. Say roughly what you sent and when, and it will be found and deleted — you do not have to create an account to be forgotten. The control above is faster and needs no correspondence, but it can only reach what was sent from that browser.
Data deletion request — exactly that, so it can be spotted quickly. The button in station 4 fills it in for you.
In the body, include the email address or the social-login identifier — Google or Facebook account — you used to sign in.

Revoking a provider without deleting your account
Removing the app revokes our access to your Facebook profile. Your Thai Script Master account still exists; you can sign in to it with email and password, or with Google if you ever linked it. To delete the account itself, use the four stations above.
As with Facebook, this revokes our access only. The Thai Script Master account is untouched until you file the request above.
